ADHDUP Services

Personalised support and guidance from pre-diagnosis through to treatment for young people. With over two decades of work with children and young people, and my personal journey through ADHD, I tailor solutions to the individual needs of each person.

Initial Consultation

The free initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss the challenges being faced by a young person experiencing symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, commonly referred to as ADHD.

The consultation allows for both parties to look at compatibility with each other which is critical to successfully establishing working relationships and trust.

This is a no-pressure, hassle-free, personalised taster to see if I can help.

Co-creation of Supports

Following the initial consultation, both parties will work together to establish a ‘contract of support’ which details expectations and requirements from both sides. This includes goal setting, organisational skills, timekeeping, amongst other key life skills.

Working together, we will create a plan for supporting progress, self-awareness, understanding and building the knowledge that there is ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ and living with ADHD can be a positive and life-affirming experience.

Ongoing

Working with the contract of support, and with the co-created plan of what opportunities there are to engage with the process, we will work together on an ongoing basis at a frequency tailored to the individual’s needs and wants.

This might be in the form of a regular ‘check-in’ which may be online or in person. Other regular contact to discuss progress, challenges, successes/achievements, etc.
